Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We only accept returns on some items. Please refer to our Exception / on-returnable item section below for a comprehensive list. 

We don't accept returns for "change of mind" purchases.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at motis.australia@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 111 Cavell Street, Birkdale QLD 4159. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

It it 100% your responsibility to ensure any parts you buy from us will fit your car/make/model. We have done our due diligence and advised what cars our parts will fit. We will not be held liable or accept returns if due diligence has not been done from yourself to ensure correct fit.

We do not accept returns on our "used car parts". We have inspected the condition of these items and deem them to be operational and fit for use. If you are unhappy with the condition in which you received the item, please send us an email at motis.australia@gmail and we will try to make it right.

Due to some of the used car parts being extremely heavy, there may be a return shipping fee charged.

Exchanges

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
